Images of Transformation

Join me and nine other artists in the stunning midcentury modern chapel gallery of University Unitarian Church for the reception of "Images of Transformation," Sunday, March 29, 1-3pm.

My piece "Styrke" (Norwegian for strength, resilience, or to reinforce) was juried from an open call.

The award-winning University Unitarian Church was designed and built by architect Paul Hayden Kirk in 1959. The recently updated chapel has a soaring, two-slope ceiling with exposed beams, touches of warm wood, and a series of large, bright bays along one wall. With minimal religious iconography, a built-in hanging system, and dedicated lights, the chapel is an outstanding gallery for 2-dimensional artwork.
